Ashley has over 15 years of experience in consumer and marketplace products. Her passion is working with mission-driven startups using data and personalization to disrupt traditional industries. She has led product teams at Dollar Shave Club, eHarmony, and DogVacay and has 2 patents for her innovative work in the early days of native mobile.

Dave has served both military and civilian communities passionately for well over 27 years.

He was appointed  Regional Chief of Police of the US Department of Veteran Affairs Police in Long Beach Ca in 2014, where he worked collaboratively with agencies such as LASD MET, LAPD MEU and Long Beach Police Department MET to address Veteran issues such as crisis intervention and Suicide Prevention. He created innovative police department programs to keep the communities in which he served safer.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, is certified in Veteran Behavioral Health and is a Qualified Workplace Violence and Threat Specialist.

Over 25 years, Scot has built a proven track record in investigations, personal security, and corporate security. He leads teams that tackle complex workplace, fraud, and cybersecurity issues for businesses.  His focus: finding root causes, identifying process gaps, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and losses.
Scot co-founded two businesses: an investigations firm specializing in due diligence and a training company focused on equipping corporate security professionals with skills to reduce risk through excellent customer interactions.

In his spare time, Scot helps military and law enforcement veterans transition to corporate security careers, is a frequent guest on podcasts, speaks on the future of corporate security, and volunteers with public safety in his community.
